T'ai Chi Chuan

Instructor
T'ai Chi Chuan, an
ancient Chinese system
of exercise, is intended
to be the basis for
ongoing practice in
physical development and
training necessary for
any practitioner of the
healing arts. This
is a Taoist form of
exercise and active
meditation studied for
the development of
sensitivity, levels of
awareness, strength and
stamina, correct
physical posture and
energy alignment.
It is recommended for
people of all ages, and
can be adapted to any
physical situation where
there may be perceived
limitations.
Class Schedule:
Thursdays 5pm - 6:30pm
Saturdays 9am - 10:30pm
(starting 9/27/08)
Fee:
$15.00 Per class
$60.00 Per month (this
entitles you to attend
as many classes a month
as you would
like at a significant
savings)
Dress Code: Sweat Pants
