Candlelight Gentle Yoga/Meditation

In this Gentle Yoga/Meditation class Alexandrea will lead you through gentle yoga postures, incorporating a gentle flow as well as Yin postures, pranayama (breath), mudras (hand gestures that channel your bodies energy to help redirect your energy flow) as well as meditation! This class will leave you feeling restored, and at peace ready to start off your week!

Soul Soothe Meditation Class

In this meditation class Alexandrea will guide you through a soothing meditation, pranayama(breath), as well as mudras (hand gestures that channel your bodies energy flow to help to redirect your energy.)
Quiet your mind. 
Open your heart.

                Group Drumming Circle

Drumming  –  Drumming is relaxing and energizing and the sound of drumming is similar to our heartbeat.  It can help to quiet our mind from the day to day activity and can create a peaceful meditative state.    Drumming can help to release tension and stress, restore our energy and awaken our minds.   When you come to a drum circle, no drum is needed but if you have one you are more than welcome to bring it, the more drums the higher the vibration!!  You will either sit in a chair or on the floor we sit in silence for a few moments to clear our thoughts and then the drumming begins.  The energy and vibration in the room gets stronger the more we drum.  It is a beautiful experience.
